Convicted Huntsville rapist back behind bars

Steven Edward Yearley has been sent to jail for 165 days. This week the 24 year old convicted rapist plead guilty to breaching a court order and marijuana possession. When he gets out, he’ll face two years probation. Yearley was charged in October for being on a trail in Huntsville without a family member. He isn’t allowed to be – it’s one of the rules he has to follow after he was convicted for raping a woman on a Huntsville trail in 2007.
