A Tay Township man faces drinking and driving charges after being stopped on Highway 12.
Southern Georgian Bay OPP say the man was seen weaving on the Highway near Midland on Friday night. He was pulled over and charged. Having his vehicle impounded for 7 days.
The 49-year-old also will have his license suspended for 90 days.
He will appear in court at the end of the month.
