One Bracebridge mother is very pleased with the response from the town over an issue she was facing with her son.
Mandi Boyes son is forced to stand on the corner of Dawsonwood and Ecclestone Drive, and she says vehicles could not see him due to heavy tree coverage.
Boyes posted her issue to a Bracebridge-related Facebook group and a response came directly from Mayor Graydon Smith himself.
Smith arranged a meeting between the mother and the public works director, who agreed to cut the trees back.
Boyes says she feels much more comfortable with her son standing at that corner now that the vehicles can see him.
