Fluoride end date February 3rd in Huntsville and Lake of Bays

Huntsville and Lake of Bays can expect fluoride to be turned off and out of their drinking water February 3rd. That from Muskoka’s Public Works Commissioner Tony White. Monday night, District Council granted Muskoka municipalities their wishes on keeping or getting rid of fluoride. While Bracebridge, Gravenhurst, Muskoka Lakes and Georgian Bay will keep it, Huntsville and Lake of Bays have opted out. White says the subject has seen a lot of debate, but he says turning it off so it’s not in the drinking water is as easy as flicking a switch.
