A Huntsville High School student is moving onto the National Dog Show Championships in Caledon.
Port Sydney native Jessie Powell and her Havanese pup stole the show in Sudbury this past weekend at her Zone Championships. Powell said the journey to make the national’s began last year.
With a first place finish at the National’s in November, Powell will be invited to compete at the international level in England.
