Super El Niño to Affect Central Ontario

It’s expected to be a warm winter season according to Environment Canada.

Central Ontario is expected to have its first super El Niño since 1997-1998. It’s predicted to bring in warmer than normal temperatures for the fall and winter months. Environment Canada Meteorologist Geoff Couslon says this El Niño has the potential to get stronger.

The system is developed by the warmer than normal temperatures this summer.
