Gravenhurst ATV bylaw going to district

ATV drivers are one step closer to driving in Gravenhurst. In a town meeting yesterday, council approved the motion for the district to review the ATV bylaw. Most council members were in favour of the bylaw, but some were not. Councillor Lola Bratty says she is against the movement.

In February, district will make a decision on the bylaw. If approved, drivers will be restricted to sunrise and sunset hours. While in terms of boundaries, staff are recommending the South limit of Highway 11 and CN Rail, Muskoka Road North by the Timbermart, Muskoka Beach Road and the western limit of the wharf area.
