A Muskoka woman who has been diagnosed with Crohn’s is trying to bring more attention to the disease.
Michelle Robinson says she’s in the early stages but will soon have to face operations.
Robinson says there’s not a lot of awareness about Crohn’s and Colitis in this region and she hopes to change that.
She will be running a Zumbathon in Washago on August 21st at St. George Community Center.
The event is free and there will be an auction held with funds going to Crohn’s and Colitis Canada.
