The Severn River Rowing Club is prepping for one of their biggest competitions.
The U.S. Nationals will be held in New Jersey this year and this year the crew is ready to take home some gold medals.
Kathryn Barr McGill says a lot of confidence on the team lies in her sister Diane, who is a gold medal breadwinner.
Diane Barr also took home the majority of medals in the group when they competed at the Henley Regatta in St. Catharines.
Nationals kick off on August 13.
