Health unit warns stay cool in humid temperatures

With these hot, humid days, heat stroke is a major concern for many residents in Muskoka.
The Simcoe Muskoka Health Unit suggests keeping hydrated and out of the sun as much as possible.
Health Unit rep Lori Holmes also says checking on neighbours who may need assistance would also be advised.
Signs of heat stroke include reddened skin, lack of sweating and nausea and confusion.
If you are experiencing these symptoms get in a cool place immediately.
