South Georgian Bay OPP has charged a Tay Township man with impaired driving.
On Monday evening OPP received a call concerning an impaired driver on Balm Beach Road in Tiny Township.
The caller reported the driver had hit a road sign and driven into a ditch but left the scene of the crash and continued to drive.
Officers located the vehicle and stopped the driver, who was arrested after for impaired driving.
His vehicle was impounded and he will make his first appearance in court in Midland on July 30.
