Almaguin Highlands OPP has confirmed the suspicious death of the 85-year-old former school teacher is now a homicide investigation. Police say the post mortem was done in Toronto yesterday and results show the injuries she sustained is proof she had been murdered. Police say the suspect they are looking for is a 6-foot tall man, is about 170 pounds and was wearing dark clothes. White called police from her home in Kearney early Sunday morning. She was transported to hospital, where she later died.
