A 44-year-old man has been charged with impaired driving following an incident in Tiny Township.
OPP reports that, in the early morning hours of July 19, officials received complaints of an impaired driver on Lafontaine road.
Police arrived in the area and discovered the reported vehicle in a ditch.
The driver was located and arrested with charges of impaired driving and a blood alcohol level exceeding 80 milligrams.
He will appear in court on August 20 in Midland.
