Southern Georgian Bay OPP are warning residents and business owners of another telephone scam looking for money.
Police are saying several businesses in the town of Penetanguishene received phone calls yesterday from a person claiming to be an employee of Power Stream. The message to the businesses were to pay their bills or else they will be cut off.
Residents as well as business owners have been warned by the OPP that Power Stream would not make these types of calls to their customers.
