Bracebridge OPP are investigating after two break-ins were discovered in the Bala area today.
Police say shortly after noon, they were called to Dudley Rd after a suspicious man was seen running from a residence on foot.
Officers tracked the man with the help of OPP K-9 Services, but they were unable to locate him.
The suspect is described as a white male, 30-40 years of age. Police say he is 6 feet tall with a fit/slim build.

The man was wearing beige coloured pants, a coat and hat with a blue and red checkered shirt.
The man was also carrying a beige back pack.
The OPP is looking to the public assistance for any information.
