Primmer headed to trial in Huntsville
Justin Primmer is headed to trial in Huntsville. He was arrested January 15th and stands charged with failing to comply with probation and assault stemming from incidents during the first week of January. Primmer who moved to Huntsville last year was convicted of manslaughter 10 years ago in the stabbing death of a Stratford area man. Just prior to his release in October he’d been doing time for a vicious assault on a 22 year old Brantford woman. His next court appearance will be in Huntsville on April 30th. The judge in the case has ordered a publication ban on the details.
