Muskoka has been officially named the ‘Hamptons of the North.’
What does that mean exactly?
Well, properties and homes are getting higher interest.
Sales representative Susan Burke has been in the business for 27 years.
She explains that with Huntsville being in the heart of Muskoka it helps the town grow interest and better yet, gets someone into the home they want.
Burke also says that sales for waterfront properties were ahead 44 percent compared to the first 4 months of last year. This was the best start to a year since 2010.
