Three males charged following violent Gravenhurst break and enter
Bracebridge OPP have charged three males after a violent break and enter at a Gravenhurst apartment. It happened Thursday at 11pm. Police say two residents in the apartment heard the suspects entering and confronted them. After a short altercation, the suspects fled but were later caught. The two Gravenhurst residents suffered minor injuries in the fight but nothing was taken. One of the two residents, Joe Couling, told CTV his son stabbed one of the intruders with a knife. Police say the three suspects have been charged with assault and break and enter. They have since been released pending a bail hearing. Bracebridge OPP Constable Jessica Drake tells the Moose the investigation is continuing.
