The Repeat Offender Parole Enforcement (ROPE) Squad needs help finding a federal offender who’s wanted on a Canada Wide Warrant for breaching his parole.
Richard Rak is described as a white, 41 years of age, 6’2” (188cm), 224 lbs (102kg). He has the tattoo on his right upper arm. He also has a scar on his forehead and is missing part of his left ear.
He is serving a 5 year and 2 month sentence for Robbery with Violence and Criminal Harassment.
The offender is known to frequent the Barrie area and Peel Region.
