The winners of the Decorate the Mayor’s Office Art Contest have a little more money in their pockets. Students from various schools across town entered the contest. Emma Flaxman from V.K. Greer was the first prize winner in the individual category. Huntsville Public’s Ben Brake got second and Cameron Smith from Spruce Glen came in third. All three talk about how winning made them feel.

The artwork is going to be put up in Mayor Scott Aitchison’s office. He says he is totally impressed with the creativity and ability of Huntsville’s youth.
