A gas station could be coming to the northeast end of Bracebridge. Councillors say they still need more info about a fuel truck delivery plan for the site, but if approved, it would go on the Travel Lodge property with an entrance off Cedar lane south of the Bracebridge roundabout. Four pumps that would serve eight vehicles at once, along with a 2100 square foot convenience store with a possible small restaurant counter is in the plan. An automated car wash is also being approved. The town’s planning committee will discuss it again on May 13th and if things are in place, it could be approved by council on May 20th.
