The Drowsy Chaperone’s co-writer gives the local production a rave review

The music and lyrics co-writer of The Drowsy Chaperone thinks the local production is fantastic. Lisa Lambert attended the opening weekend and says it was a lot of fun to watch.

Lambert has seen hundreds of adaptations. She says this production is an excuse for her to travel.

She also says it’s really humbling to see a piece of work on stage that started with a group of high school friends.

The production kicks off again tonight at the Algonquin Theatre. There are another two shows on Saturday, April 18 and one on Sunday, April 19. This production is co-produced by the Huntsville Festival of the Arts and the Rotary Club of Huntsville.
