No injuries reported after a tire hits a car on Highway 11

Police have charged a Haliburton man after a tire came off a trailer on Highway 11. The Huntsville OPP says it happened Tuesday sometime before 4:00pm north of Highway 141. Police say a pickup truck was towing a trailer, when the trailer’s wheel came off and hit the grill of the car behind. The pickup’s driver was charged with driving while suspended. No injuries were reported.
