Freezing drizzle advisory is in effect for Parry Sound and Muskoka

Environment Canada has issued a freezing drizzle advisory as an area of patchy freezing drizzle has developed over the region and is expected to persist overnight into early Thursday morning.  Surfaces such as highways, roads, walkways and parking lots may become icy and slippery so everyone is asked to take extra care when walking or driving in affected areas.  The weather agency continues to monitor and will make updates as conditions change.
