The MNR is reminding you to be careful around bodies of water.  Although flooding is not expected at this time, caution should be taken around lakes and rivers as water levels and flows are expected to increase in the coming days. Residents should keep close watch of children and pets.  Residents who have been affected by high water conditions in the past should prepare for the possibility of rising water levels and secure any property that’s close to rivers and lakes at this time.
