Bracebridge police bust driver for DUI

Bracebridge OPP have charged a 32-year-old Sturgeon Falls man for failing to stop for police. At around 11:30pm last night, police say a vehicle was speeding on Highway 11 near Huntsville. Police tried to stop the driver, but the male refused and began driving southbound on Highway 11. Police later saw the vehicle near Bracebridge and followed it to a driveway on Nichol’s Road. The driver was arrested and charged for drinking and driving and failure to stop for police. He faces several other charges, which he will answer to in court on today.
