MPP Norm Miller takes his concerns about flooding to MNR

Our MPP took his concerns about possible flooding in our district to the Legislature. During question period yesterday, Norm Miller asked the Minister of Natural Resources if they were ready to deal with flooding in the spring. Miller says with the amount of snow Parry Sound and Muskoka received this winter, managing large amounts of meltwater and runoff this spring will be a challenge. The minister says the MNR is continuing to improve, to update and to ensure local officials, across the district, have the information they need in a timely way.
