Muskoka-Parry Sound Health Services and Addictions Outreach are amalgamating

Two local organizations are coming together. Muskoka Parry Sound Community Health Services (MPSCMHS) and Addictions Outreach (AO) are telling local municipalities they are amalgamating. They’ll now be called the Muskoka-Parry Sound branch of the Canadian Mental Health Association. They say they expect their services will become more efficient due to the move. The amalgamation won’t impact programs and there wont be any job losses. A more formal announcement is expected in the coming weeks.
