Three killed in Hwy 69 collision

Police say three people have died from their injuries after a collision on Highway 69 last night. Last night at 8:19 pm a van exited Highway 529 in Magnetawan First Nation and entered onto Highway 69 into the path of a tractor trailer. West Parry Sound OPP say the driver, 71 year old William Tuck of Lake Helen First Nation, and passengers, 13 year old Ember Wynne and 3 month old Myah Kowtiash of Red Rock Township, died of their injuries. Two other passengers from the van were also transported to hospital with life-threatening injuries. The driver of the tractor trailer suffered minor injuries. The investigation is continuing.
