Missing dog 'Whiskey' found, but questions remain

A dog named Whiskey’s returned home, but its recent disappearance is still raising questions. On February 10^th, the three year old German/Collie cross went missing from its Oro-Medonte home on Warminster Road. Whiskey’s owner had come home and found the dog’s leash unbroken and footprints in the snow, but no dog. Whiskey was later found on Highway 6 just north of the 401 and then reunited with its family. If you have any information about the incident, call police. In the meantime, the Humane Society recommends leaving pets inside while they are unsupervised.
