Major Midget Bears advance to OMHA finals

The South Muskoka Progresseve Waste Solution Major Midget Bears swept Collingwood on Friday March 7th 3 to 1 to advance to the OMHA finals. Game 1 will be in Gravenhurst Saturday March 14th at 3pm vs St.Mary’s Rock. The Bears head into the final with a season record 60 games played. That’s 47 Wins , 6 Losses and 7 Ties. They also won 2 Midget A tournaments this year in Orillia and Kingston. This year’s Midgets are trying to win back-to-back Major Midget Championships once again facing their rivals from St.Mary’s. Seven of these players are going after their third Midget OMHA Championship and are hoping for an unheard of three peat.
