Tourism workshop happening at the Gravenhurst Opera House today

Downtown Gravenhurst business owners are invited to attend a free workshop on tourism today. It’s part of the Gravenhurst Downtown Revitalization Committee’s 1-2-3 Business Education Series and its happening at the Opera House between 9 and 4:30pm. The focus will be on tourism packaging. Daniel Kerr, a Downtown Revitalization Coordinator, says downtown businesses in Gravenhurst share three challenges – prospering 12 months a year, capturing the tourist spend and providing the best customer service  every time. The day will be facilitated by hospitality and tourism marketing specialists Ferrell & Partners.
