Reduced loads period in effect across Muskoka

The reduced loads period for the District of Muskoka’s road system has started. Each year, it’s a way to protect area roadways during the spring thaw by restricting the size of truck loads that can go on certain roads. For a list of all roadways that are exempt from the restrictions this year and for more info on the restrictions, call your area township or visit the District’s website at Muskoka.on.ca  The reduced loads period runs until May 31st.
