OPP says distracted driving is the biggest killer on Ontario's roads

The OPP says distracted driving is the biggest killer on the province’s roads. According to new statistics more people died due to distracted drivers last year than in any other kind of crash. New rules being introduced this month will see fines for anyone using a cell phone or computer behind the wheel jump from 155-dollars to 280. Police officials are asking all passengers to speak up if their driver’s attention is elsewhere.
