AHSS skier comes home in fourth place

Grade 11 student Trevor Kiers competed and in the mass Start Individual Race at the Biathlon National Championships in Nova Scotia this week. Kiers has an extensive skiing background, competing for Team Ontario, the 3133 Cadets in Burk’s Falls and Almaguin Highlands Secondary for three years. Kiers placed 18^th in Senior Boys category at OFSAA Nordic last week and is already preparing a training plan for ski season next year.
