Local heart patients afforded round-the-clock cardiac care at Royal Vic Hospital

Heart patients in Simcoe-Muskoka now have access to around-the-clock cardiac care at Royal Victoria Regional Health Centre (RVH). The Barrie health centre’s cardiovascular program recently expanded its specialized cardiac services to include 24/7 cardiology physician on-call coverage. North Simcoe Muskoka was the only region in the Province that hadn’t provided advanced cardiac services to its residents.
