Local OPP are looking for two Marine Assistants for the summer.
This opportunity is designed for students who are interested in a law enforcement career as they will learn about marine safety, related legislation, and marine maintenance.
Applications are being accepted until Mar. 1. The following are some of the minimum requirements for the position of Marine Assistant:
- Minimum age of 18 years, to a maximum age of 24.
- Minimum G2 Drivers Licence
- Pleasure Craft Operators Card (PCOC)
- First Aid/CPR
Strong Swimmer – Excellent Communication Skills – Boating Experience – Professional Appearance are all assets for this job opportunity.
