Big Brothers Big Sisters of Muskoka has received a big donation from a well known local philanthropist. Today the organization announced they are thrilled to have received $20,000 from Muskoka Lakes resident Brock Napier.
Napier says he loves to give back and he hopes his donation will inspire others to donate as well.
The Big Brothers Big Sisters Mentoring program provides boys, girls, and young men and women with a role model and a friend to talk to and share the experiences of growing up with. Through regular outings, a relationship is developed between the mentor and the mentee that is built on trust and common interests, and is supported by our experienced case-workers.
