Bracebridge councillors are supporting their Huntsville peers’ bid to keep surgery services at Huntsville hospital. This week Bracebridge moved to support the resolution passed in Huntsville which says moving the services to Bracebridge would be devastating for Huntsville area patients.
Mayor Graydon Smith says beyond backing the Huntsville resolution, there won’t be further action from his council regarding this particular issue…
Muskoka Algonquin Healthcare (MAHC) has yet to make a decision on the issue. The resolution asks MAHC to not consider moving the services.
