A Seguin Township man faces impaired driving charges after a head-on collision on Aspdin Road in Hntsville.
Monday night, just before 8:00pm, Huntsville OPP and Muskoka EMS responded to the crash within the Huntsville Town limits where a pickup truck heading west was on the wrong side of the road and hit a Dodge Durango.
The driver of the Durango suffered minor injuries from the crash.
A police investigation revealed that the driver of the pick-up had been drinking and the 40-year-old has been charged with impaired operation of a motor vehicle and having more than 80 milligrams of alcohol per 100millilitres of blood.
He’ll face those charges in a Huntsville court on March 11th.
