People First Leader Paul Young will be in Huntsville Friday. People First is a self-advocacy group for people who’ve been labeled with having a developmental disability. Young will be speaking at the Algonquin Theatre’s Partner Hall between 10 and noon and then again between 2 and 4pm. The lectures are free and open to the public. Chapter President Katherine Kristiansen says the call is going out to locals who have been labelled disabled to become members and to volunteers and community groups who want to help out the local Huntsville chapter.
