$902,000 announced for infrastructure upgrades at Muskoka Airport

Parry Sound-Muskoka MP Tony Clement has announced $902,000 in FedNor money for upgrades at the Muskoka Airport property. The money will be put towards fully servicing new industrial lots at the recently expanded property. Specifically, the new 7 acres will be readied for business occupancy thanks to the funding, through the expansion of an existing roadway and preparing the site to accommodate gas and hydro services. More from Clement on what this means for Muskoka…

So far an aircraft service company has already agreed to expand their operations at the site once the upgrades have been made.
