Gravenhurst staff propose council approve road allowance closure by-law

A public meeting for the Town of Gravenhurst is being held tomorrow at 3:30pm. Several items are up for discussion including the road allowance closure, tree cutting by-law and recommended committee member for the Town’s Downtown Revitalization Committee. According to the town’s agenda, the road allowance closure is required to allow registered owners of the neighboring lands to acquire ownership of a portion of the original shore road allowance for development purposes.
