Sundridge man charged with impaired

RIDE check gets impaired driver off the road. Almaguin Highlands OPP was conducting a RIDE check on February 20th at the intersection of Eagle Lake Road and Park Road in Machar Township. Just after 11:00pm, a pickup truck came through the check and after speaking to the officer was later arrested for having too much alcohol in his blood. The 25-year-old Sundridge driver was charged with having over 80 milligrams of alcohol in 100 millilitres of blood and will face that charge in court on March 27th.
