The Habitat for Humanity home in Seguin has a family ready to move in

A new family has been announced for a Habitat for Humanity home in Seguin. Members of Habitat for Humanity Ontario Gateway North, Parry Sound Chapter announced the new family as Jennifer Holmes and Ryan Bernas and their children last week. The family is excited and eager to get started on their 500 hours of sweat equity which is one of the three requirements to be eligible for a Habitat home. A family must also be in need of assistance and meet the income guidelines and show they will be able to pay an interest-free mortgage once the house is completed. This home renovation project in Seguin was made possible through the generous donation of a home by Walter and Maria Schneider.
