Zehaf-Bibeau not on high risk traveler list

The RCMP has confirmed that the man behind the Ottawa shooting was not on the high-risk traveler list. However the RCMP says it appears that Michael Zehaf-Bibeau had extremist views, and was also linked to a person that has been charged with terror offences. Zehaf-Bibeau shot and killed a soldier at the National War Memorial on Wednesday. The RCMP has now released a security video from Parliament Hill that outlines the moments after the soldier was shot. It shows the 32 year old gunman running toward the Parliament Buildings with a high-powered firearm.
