Declan Letters sentencing moved to November

Sentencing in the Declan Letters case has been pushed back. Letters was in Parry Sound court today to face sentencing after pleading guilty to second degree murder in the case of Dolores White. The sentencing was pushed back after the judge and both attorneys wanted more from the pre-sentencing report including the date of discharge from his previous release for custody and psychological documents. There were 40 victim impact statements submitted into the case during today’s court date with 12 of them read aloud. The next court date will be November 12th.
