Residents living in Bayside Condos at Grandview can stay there. Huntsville Mayor Claude Doughty says council approved a zoning bylaw, on Monday, to allow current and future residents to live there year-round.

At the moment, this bylaw only applies to residents living in the Bayside Condos, which is one of five condo sections at Grandview.
