A beaver dam break has caused a road closure in Huntsville

Brunel Road between Muskoka Road 10 and Britannia is closed because of flooding. The Public Works Department with the District of Muskoka is assessing the damage. No word yet on how long it will be closed. Markles Road is closed as well. You’ll have to avoid the area. We’ll keep you updated as we get more details.
