Huntsville/Lake of Bays Fire Department has a new dispatch

Our local fire department now has a dispatch contract with Barrie Fire. Huntsville/Lake of Bays Fire Chief Steve Hernen says communication technology has become much more advance in the past few years and this new contract enables the fire department to keep up. Huntsville council approved the five-year contact yesterday.
